Refund Philosophy
Archage Studios and World of Titans believes that all purchases should be valued by the customer to ensure a fun and exciting experience, our goal is to ensure our products match the quality expectations. If you purchase a product and change your mind or feel that it does not meet expectations we can work together to provide a refund within reason. We reserve the right to withdraw the refund should these policies be abused or are due to violations of the in-game code of conduct or of the end user license agreement.
Physical Product Refund Policy
World of Titans and Archage Studios, offers full refunds on physical items should they be damaged, lost during shipment with valid proof as well as items that do not meet expectations within reason. To begin your refund, please follow the steps below;
- Please use the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use packaging that is secure and as protective of the Products being returned to us as the original packaging. We also recommend you use packaging that does not incur additional shipping costs, especially if we have provided you with a pre-paid shipping label.
- Please email us using the contact details in the “Contacting Us” so that we can provide you with the address to which you should return the products using your local postal or carrier service.
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label in the event:
- the Products are faulty, mis-described or not fit for purpose and we are unable to repair or replace them within a reasonable time;
- we have told you of an upcoming change to the Product or the Terms and Conditions or an error in pricing or description
In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Products.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any Products purchased through our Site to any physical stores, events, or points of sale that we might operate.
Digital Product Refund Policy
World of Titans and Archage Studios does not offer refunds for digital product purchases, as these are based on instant delivery upon completion of order.
Refunds for Third-Party Purchases
We cannot refund games, in-game items, or products purchased in retail locations or from other online sellers and storefronts, including on mobile or console. Purchases made through Amazon, Apple, Google, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, physical retail distributors, such as Carrefour, Target, Best Buy etc. are subject to that retailer’s refund policy.
